We are starting to get more and more calls about this so any suggestions would be much appreciated. message saying its not the correct drivers for the current windows operating system so i went to the HP site for updated drivers for the win2000 OS. Wierd thing is, certain PDF's will print out the error, some emails will print out fine, some not.

Others suggest to install the PCL5 driver, which in the long run will not work out since from reading, it does not like to print certain things on word documents. Since their on the print server, if we setup direct IP printing to the printer, it prints fine. I have tried the Windows drivers and the HP universal drivers PCL5 (and PCL6) and all I get on a test page (with PCL5) is gibberish and numerous pages of it till I push cancel numerous times. I have an old printer manufactured in 2000.
